Hi! I’m Maxine Milazzo—Certified Therapeutic Art Life Coach, glittler junkie, and founder of Color Outside The Lines Academy.
My Journey
Art has always been my happy place. But in high school, a teacher told me my work wasn’t “good enough”—and that stuck. For years, I kept my creativity quiet. Eventually, though, I found my way back through painting, candle-making, soap crafting, wreath designing, and hosting unforgettable events—from corporate gatherings to private dinners and wine tastings events for a local country club. I started gifting my creations, and the response was pure magic. That encouragement reignited my passion and confirmed what I already knew: this was more than a hobby—it was my calling.
What We Do
I always dreamed of being a businesswoman and sharing creativity with people of all ages and backgrounds. That dream became Color Outside The Lines Academy—a mobile arts & crafts studio where everyone is welcome to create, laugh, and explore their inner artist. Whether you're a seasoned artist or someone who hasn’t picked up a paintbrush since kindergarten, you’re welcome here.
